My Home

My home has never been about achieving a particular look. It has been built slowly, through instinct, experience, and an accumulation of things I love.

I’ve always been drawn to the intimacy of a great bar or restaurant—the kind of place where the lighting is low, the materials have depth, and you immediately want to settle in and stay awhile. I wanted that same feeling at home: layered, warm, a little moody, and deeply comfortable. A place that makes you exhale when you walk through the door.

Nothing here belongs to a single period or style. Vintage pieces live alongside contemporary ones; art, objects, books, and things collected over time sit against more architectural moments. Some pieces are important, others simply have meaning. Darker tones, natural materials, pattern, texture, and warm pools of light bring them together rather than asking everything to match.

I believe the most interesting interiors come from this kind of tension—old and new, refined and imperfect, considered and instinctive. A home becomes richer as these layers accumulate and begin to tell the story of the people who live there.

More than anything, this home is meant to be lived in. There is beauty here, but never at the expense of comfort. It changes, things move, new objects find their way in, and life leaves its mark.

For me, that is what makes a home feel complete: not when everything is finished, but when everything feels like it belongs.
