Our Team
We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection to our lived in homes.
Paulina Hospod
“A strong design-build firm begins with design leadership. For me, it’s important that every project has a clear creative lead from the start—someone who understands the full scope of design and sees it through to completion. I remain personally involved in each project, guiding both the design and construction to ensure a cohesive, well-executed result.
For me, design and construction are inseparable. With training in interior design, architecture, and years of leading job sites, I believe the strongest projects happen when creative vision and construction expertise operate as one unified model.”
