Scale is irrelevant—whether small or mighty, designed living should be intentional, with a sense of soul, grounded in its architecture and deeply connected to its surroundings and the city.
UWS Limestone Mansion
Upper West Side, Manhattan | Residential Interior Design | In Progress
Set within a historic limestone mansion on Manhattan's Upper West Side, this ongoing residential interior design project explores the relationship between architectural heritage and contemporary living.
House of Hospod is developing a cohesive interior vision that respects the residence's distinctive character while introducing a refined approach to spatial planning, materiality, and custom detailing.
Through thoughtfully considered finishes, architectural elements, and furnishings, the design seeks to create interiors that feel layered, timeless, and deeply personal.
The project is currently in design development, with selected renderings offering an early glimpse into the evolving vision.
Anticipated Completion / Spring 2027.
