Designed for a young couple, this Brooklyn duplex was fully reimagined to balance bold material expression with everyday living. The kitchen, The Fluted Avocatus Kitchen, anchors the home with expressive stone, fluted wood millwork, and carefully integrated appliances within a compact footprint.

The bathroom, The Verde Marble Bath, continues the narrative through rich green ceramic wall tile, bold Ann Sacks marble flooring, and a custom walnut vanity accented with black and brass details—creating a layered, jewel-box moment within the home.

Throughout the apartment, original floors were refinished, walls repainted, and both kitchen and bath fully gutted and rebuilt with intention. The result is a cohesive, design-forward residence that feels warm, personal, and connected to its cozy backyard setting.
